Getting Started

When will NutriSync™ be available?

NutriSync™ is currently in beta testing with limited access. We're launching to the first 500 users in Q1 2025. Join the waitlist to secure your spot and get notified as soon as we open access.

How do I get beta access?

Join our waitlist on the homepage to reserve your spot. Beta users get exclusive benefits including 50% lifetime discount, direct access to the founding team, and the ability to shape product features.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email, followed by weekly updates on our development progress. When beta spots open, we'll notify waitlist members in order of signup. Early members get priority access.

Will the beta version have all features?

The beta includes core features: AI meal analysis, smart clarification questions, personalized meal timing, and circadian optimization. We'll be adding features based on beta user feedback before the public launch.

Is there a cost for beta access?

Beta access includes a 14-day free trial. After that, beta users lock in our early bird pricing at 50% off the regular subscription for life. This special rate is only available to our first 500 users.

How does NutriSync™ work?

NutriSync™ uses AI to analyze your meals through photos and creates personalized eating windows based on your circadian rhythm, goals, and lifestyle. Simply take a photo of your meal, and our AI will track nutrients and optimize your eating schedule.

Do I need to count calories?

No! NutriSync™ automatically analyzes your meals when you take a photo. Our AI calculates calories, macros, and nutrients instantly, so you can focus on eating at the right times.

What is a meal window?

A meal window is a specific time period when you should eat for optimal results. NutriSync™ creates personalized windows based on your body's natural rhythms and your specific goals, whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, or better sleep.

How accurate is the meal photo analysis?

Our AI achieves 85-95% accuracy for common foods. For best results, take clear photos with good lighting. The AI may ask clarifying questions for complex meals to ensure accuracy.

Can I manually enter meals?

Yes! While photo analysis is the primary method, you can also use voice input or manual entry if needed. The app includes a comprehensive food database for manual logging.

What if I miss a meal window?

No problem! NutriSync™ automatically redistributes your remaining macros to later windows, keeping you on track for your daily goals. The app adapts to your real life.

How are meal windows personalized?

Our AI considers multiple factors: your sleep schedule, workout times, work commitments, health goals, and circadian rhythm. Windows are continuously optimized based on your progress and feedback.

Subscription & Billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel through your iPhone settings: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → NutriSync™ → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

What's included in the premium subscription?

Premium includes unlimited meal scans, advanced AI insights, personalized coaching, detailed analytics, macro redistribution, and priority support.

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your information is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform with Firebase. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

What happens to my meal photos?

Meal photos are processed by our AI for nutritional analysis and then automatically deleted after 24 hours to protect your privacy and minimize storage.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion at any time. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at privacy@nutrisyncllc.com. All your data will be permanently removed.

Technical Issues

The app won't recognize my food. What should I do?

Try these tips: 1) Ensure good lighting, 2) Center the food in frame, 3) Avoid blurry photos, 4) Separate mixed dishes if needed. You can also use voice input or manual entry as alternatives.

Why aren't I getting meal window notifications?

Check your notification settings: 1) In iPhone Settings → Notifications → NutriSync™, ensure notifications are enabled. 2) In the app, go to Settings → Notifications and verify your preferences are set.

The app is crashing or running slowly. How can I fix it?

Try these steps: 1) Update to the latest version, 2) Restart your phone, 3) Check available storage space, 4) Reinstall the app if needed. Contact support if issues persist.
